Remembrance by the River Ceremony Free to All Who Wish to Honor a Loved One

Heavenly Hospice is hosting “Remembrance by the River”, a tribute to the local community’s loved ones who have passed away. This free event is open to everyone who wishes to attend and honor a loved one. Flowers, for the scattering ceremony, will be provided for those who wish to attend. The ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 13th at 9:00 a.m. at the Chesapeake Finish Line the boathouse district, 725 S. Lincoln Blvd. Oklahoma City, OK 73129.

“Our ‘Remembrance by the River’ gives family and friends the opportunity to scatter beautiful flowers onto the river while peaceful music plays in the background for people to reflect, remember, and connect,” said Billy Mitchell, Bereavement Coordinator of Heavenly Hospice.

Since 2008, Heavenly Hospice has provided support and care for persons in the last stages of a terminal illness so that they can live life as fully and comfortably as possible.
